Registration Requirements

- Birth Certificate of the student

- Baptism certificate of the student

-First Communion certificate of the student

-Fill out and sign a contact of completion for the Faith Formation Program

-Fill out the student application

-Pay contributon

Contributions

The fee is not considered a payment; it is a contribution to the maintenance of the facilities.

First year of classes - $75 per student

Second year of classes- $100 per student

- In the case of more than one student applying per family there will be an added $5 discount

- In the case of financial needs, there will be a payment plan for a paid of balance in January the following year
